WHAT IS YOUR LOCAL DELIVERY POLICY?
We offer free local delivery for any orders. Purchase from our online store and receive your order via courier within 3 to 5 business days. During sales and holiday periods, it can take up to 7 business days for us to process your order. We seek your kind understanding during these peak seasons.
Express local delivery is also available at an additional $3, which will take 1 to 3 business days. Please opt for this service when checking out should you require.
Unfortunately, we currently do not offer self-pick up option.
WHAT IS A FAILED DELIVERY ATTEMPT?
In the event where the customer is uncontactable and/or if no one is available to receive the parcel, it will be considered a failed delivery and a re-delivery fee will be borne by the recipient.
DO YOU OFFER INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING?
Yes, Pantheon ships internationally via Local Singpost, FedDex or DHL for a fee. All shipments outside of Singapore may be subject to import charges (duties, customs tariffs, and government service tax) which are set by the destination country. Taxes and tariffs imposed by your country will be borne by the recipient; the international shipping fees excludes these fees. WHY IS THE VALUE OF MY ITEMS LISTED DIFFERENTLY ON THE DELIVERY ORDER?
This will only happen for deliveries outside of Singapore. In order to fulfill customs requirements, we sometimes declare a different amount on our packing slip. This is to prevent stoppages at customs as there are some restrictions on jewellery delivery to certain regions and countries. This discrepancy is not an indication that you have received the wrong order. Do check your delivery invoice and item(s) to verify that you have received the correct order. Please feel free to get in touch with us at email@example.com to verify that your package is correct.
HOW DO I MAKE PAYMENT?
Prices are listed in Singapore Dollars by default. You can choose to either pay through your PayPal account or Credit/Debit Card. We accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express via PayPal.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
The 30-Days Return Policy will be applicable to all orders except earrings and items on sale. Successful returns will be processed within 10 business days upon receiving your parcel and credited back to you in the form of store credits. For more information, check out the Return Policy page here.
WHAT HAPPENS IF I RECEIVE A DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT ITEM?
Our team performs a rigorous check on all items before delivering them to you. However, we sincerely apologise if you happen to have received a defective* or incorrect item. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with a picture and details of the defect within 30 working days from the date that the order was placed. Once the defects have been confirmed, you can send the defective product back to us and we will arrange for a new item to be sent to you once we receive the defective item.
Pantheon will reimburse any shipping cost incurred for the defective/incorrect item(s) sent to you. Please note that we will only proceed with the return if the item was purchased directly from us.
*Defects do not include variations in gemstones colour, which is not within our control as the gemstones that we use is a naturally occurring material.

WHAT IS THE WARRANTY POLICY?
We provide a 90 Days warranty against manufacturing defects on all purchased items. However, the warranty is currently only limited to Singapore orders. The manufacturing defects covered under this warranty include re-plating, re-setting of stones due to loose stones or stones dropping out of its mountings, and cleaning of jewellery. This warranty does not cover for loss of stones, misuse or mishandling of jewellery pieces, or any other form of handling of jewellery that falls outside the constraints of reasonable use and regular wear and tear.
