RETURN POLICY


Your complete satisfaction with our Jewellery is guaranteed or it may be returned or exchanged within thirty days from when it was shipped, with a Return Form. You will only pay for return shipping and insurance fees (if you are shipping from overseas). 

Please note that to be eligible for return, Jewellery must be in their original purchase condition, include all product documentation, and shipped within 30 days.

All Pantheon Jewellery are tagged with tamper-proof tags so you can "test-drive" them in the comforts of your home. Try them with a cocktail dress, a power suit, or even your weekend slacks to see if it complements your wardrobe. Keep the tag until you are 100% sure you love it to bits. Once you snip that tag off, the item will be considered sold.   

Conditions for return:

There are some criteria to keep in mind when you decide to return your order:

  • Jewellery must be presented in its original unused condition, sealed with tamper-proof tags, cards, boxes and/or pouches together with the Return Form when you return it in the mail.
  • Return with missing documents or items will not be eligible for returns.
  • Due to sanitation concerns, all earrings will not be eligible for returns.
  • Sale items will not be eligible for returns. 
  • Engraved Jewellery will not be eligible for returns. 
  • All returns are to be strictly mailed back to the below address. Other modes of returning will not be entertained.
  • Return postage fees will be borne by the customer and we will not be responsible for lost or damaged parcels. Hence, we highly recommend that you opt for trackable registered postage service (using the Pantheon box that the order came in) or a reliable courier service.
  • Our team performs a rigorous check on all Jewellery for defects and damage prior to shipment. Goods damaged due to buyers’ use or negligence will not be accepted for refund or store credit.

Shop again with a Store Credit

Returns will be processed within 10 working days after we have received the returned merchandise. If you meet the criteria for a refund, a unique code will be generated and sent to your registered email account. Store credit is to be redeemed in a single transaction only. No cash will be reimbursed for unused store credit. The Store Credit will be the net amount of the Jewellery purchased and will have a validity of 3 months from the date of issue. 

If you wish to make an exchange, kindly wait for your unique code to be sent to you before placing a new, separate order. Do note that exchange for size is subjected to availability of stock.
